The sixth grade traveled to Yosemite National Park. This outdoor educational aspect of the curriculum provides opportunities for the students to engage with each other in a very unique way. Setting up their own tents, helping with meal preparation, clean up, and exploring the natural wonders of the area. This will set the stage for astronomy and geology studies later in the year.
