Our recent Parent Education workshop was well attended and enjoyed by all participants. We extend our gratitude to our presenter, Lee Sturgeon Day, who described the 7-year cycles in the life of every human being and brought several of these cycles to life with drawing exercises.
Each of us has a unique life story, yet we share basic rhythms and cycles of development. This workshop described the 7-year life cycles and how childhood phases are recapitulated and mirrored in adulthood.
Participants were shown how to draw their Life Maps and will engage in practical and artistic activities as a way of exploring the potential meaning of their personal biographies in the images and patterns.
