Established in 1955, Highland Hall has been educating students from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade for over 60 years. Our experienced faculty and staff are dedicated to providing the finest Waldorf education for our students. Our beautiful 11-acre campus sits atop a grassy hill in a quiet neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley. Middle School/High School Volleyball Coach

Overview: We are seeking a part-time experienced Sports Coach for our middle school and high school volleyball teams during their CIF season. This role requires a passion for athletics, strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and motivate student athletes. Ability to actively teach volleyball skills and provide team building opportunities are required. Stipend at $2,500

Early Childhood Assistant Teacher

Our Early Childhood Center is seeking an assistant teacher. The early childhood assistant works under the direction of the main teacher to support and facilitate the teacher’s endeavor to create a harmonious and nurturing environment for the unfolding consciousness of the 2 to 6 year old children in the teacher’s care. It is a commitment intended to create an opportunity to enhance one’s education in Waldorf early childhood pedagogy. This part time position is approximately 25 to 28 hours per week.

Early Childhood Substitute

Our Early Childhood Center is seeking a substitute assistant teacher. The substitute may assist in the classroom and help with the transition to nap, or carry nap-time and supervise afternoon play outdoors. We are looking for someone with a calm, quiet demeanor who is interested in a non-academic, developmental, nurturing, approach to early childhood education. Candidates must have completed the state required ECE 12 course units. Substitute hours vary and are usually 8:00AM-1:00PM or 12:15-3:15, Monday through Friday.
